What we're looking for: A full-time Creator Outreach Specialist with 0-1 years of experience, excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the creator ecosystem. You will work closely with the core team to identify the right creators, initiate conversations, and maintain seamless operational communication.Responsibilities include: Researching and identifying relevant creators based on clear criteria. Conducting structured outreach to creators across platforms (email, DMs, etc.). Maintaining ongoing operational communication with creators - ensuring smooth coordination, updates, and follow-ups. Tracking conversations, statuses, and outcomes using our internal CRM. Coordinating schedules, information flow, and next steps with the internal team. Maintaining high-quality communication standards.Skills required: Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing track. Basic understanding of the creator ecosystem (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Proactive work ethic and ownership - able to operate independently once trained. Strong research skills and ability to identify the right profiles.What’s in it for you?
