Nature of job: Mandatory Work from Office - Embassy Manyata Business Park, Bangalore

Work timings: 2PM to 11PM IST

What does this role entail.

- At Black Box, the mission of a Presales Manager is to manage end to end lifecycle from Requirement to Solutioning, Costing/Pricing, Documenting and Submitting the quote back to the client.

- The requirements cuts across Black Box portfolio offerings (Connected Buildings / Physical cabling, IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security).

- Qualified candidates should have experience of similar nature to understand the requirement and submit solutions/quotes back to the customer

- This role expectations also include enabling the sales growth, driving efficiency in the process and tools, creating Standard Operating Procedures, experience with internal and external stakeholders, having exposure in Service Now tools administrative and reporting.

- Having experience in people management skills.

Execute:

- You will Review and accept, re-route or reject Quote Subtask (QST) assigned to the SE workgroup.

- Will be Responsible for Tier 1 QST Escalation managment.

- Will Monitor Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with priority / impact.

- Will be responsible for Implementing daily status reporting with the team to monitor the progress of all QST's

- Will define quality controls and enforce change management to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of QST's.

- Will be the SPOC to liaise with front end team like Account Managers / business partners / vendors to gather accurate impact, Quote the complete status

- You will ensure QST work notes reflect the latest status of case / opportunity.

- Will be responsible for adhering to the SLAs for quote completion

- You will create and maintain documentation for all on demand related process, version control

- To ensure the pricing / cost management of the Quote is being adhered to as per Black Box internal systems

- Fine tuning the Service Now reports and analysing and streamlining the reporting

- You are a Great listener and excellent communicator

- You are adept at using Microsoft Excel and Excel advanced features

- Strong analytical skills are one of your key strengths
