Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and expert guidance in jewellery selection.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of jewellery, designs, and current trends.
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales service.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation and product displays meet luxury standards.
- Assist with stock management, billing, and handling customer queries/concerns.

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery).
- Basic understanding of jewellery and gemstones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and polished grooming.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends and during peak business hours.
