Job Title : MS D365 Functional ConsultantJob Location : DubaiDepartment : FunctionalJob Type : PermanentExperience : 5 - 10 YearsQualification : Any GraduationJob Responsibility :- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution design documentation.- Preparing detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and workflows.- Assisting in aligning CRM capabilities with business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of functional requirements into system customizations.- Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly- Might be required to operate in a Business Analysis role working closely with customers to define requirements, create reports and documentation- Supporting system testing, user training, and go-live preparation.- Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.- Providing post-implementation support and functional enhancements based on user feedback.- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and CRM best practices aligned with business needs.- Participating in client demos and discussions to present functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Skills :- 3- 5 years of experience with 1- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional or business analyst role.- Strong understanding of CRM modules and business process mapping.- Proficiency in documenting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionality.- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Ability to prepare and deliver effective documentation and training.- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
