Key Responsibilities

  • Customer support: Address client queries and concerns, especially those related to payment and post-sales issues.
  • Customer-first mindset: A professional and customer-oriented approach, focused on client satisfaction and retention
  • Client and payment management: Collect client information and manage their payment schedules, agreements, and financial documentation.
  • Collections and payments: Handle the collection of payments, explain payment procedures, and manage any issues related to the payment process.
  • Legal and documentation: Provide clients with necessary legal and property documents, such as parent documents, legal opinions, and approval copies
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with sales and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Process improvement: Help automate communication and streamline processes related to collections and customer service.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a CRM or collections role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational skills: Strong ability to stay organized, manage documentation, and handle a large volume of client interactions..
