The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring voice and SMS services, analyzing performance metrics, resolving any issues that arise, and developing strategies to enhance client success. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions and ensure timely delivery of services.Qualifications Experience in managing client accounts and handling client communications Knowledge of voice and SMS services, including monitoring and analyzing performance metrics Ability to resolve issues and develop strategies to improve client success Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus Experience in client management and customer service Knowledge of voice and SMS services, including performance metrics such as latency, ASR, and ALOC Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1-2 Years of Wholesale Voice/SMS experience Full Time AvailabilitySend your CV/Resume to hr@stellarmobile.net/sales@stellarmobile.net or message us directly.
