Job Title : Presales Solution Consultant eQMS Solutions.
Location : Navi Mumbai.
Years of Experience : 7-8 years in B2B sales, preferably in Quality Management Systems (QMS), enterprise software, or SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Demonstrations : Conduct live product demos and presentations tailored to customer requirements, showcasing the capabilities of the eQMS software solution.
- Customer Needs Analysis : Work closely with sales teams and clients to understand their quality management system (QMS) needs, business processes, and pain points to design and present optimal eQMS solutions.
- Technical Presentations and Consultations : Provide deep technical expertise and advice on eQMS solution configuration, best practices, and compliance standards to prospective clients.
- Proposal Development : Assist in the creation of technical proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the software to prospective customers.
- RFP/RFI Support : Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that the responses are tailored to client needs and expectations.
- Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers to influence and drive purchasing decisions.
- Sales Enablement : Work closely with the sales team to provide technical insights and support during the sales cycle, ensuring accurate positioning and smooth implementation of the solution.
- Market Insights : Stay up to date with the Indian market trends in the quality management and regulatory landscapes, ensuring the companys solutions are aligned with evolving customer needs.
- Training & Enablement : Assist in training and educating internal sales teams and channel partners on the eQMS product suite, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Educational Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards, such as ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 820, IATF 16949, and GMP.
- Technical Expertise : Experience with enterprise software, SaaS solutions, or ERP systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of eQMS software is a strong advantage.
- Sales Support Experience : At least 5-6 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales in enterprise software, ideally within the QMS, manufacturing, or life sciences sectors.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills : Strong ability to deliver engaging, clear, and impactful presentations to diverse client audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to think critically and address client needs with appropriate technical solutions.
- Client-Facing Experience : Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in eQMS Software Sales : A proven track record in presales or solution consulting for eQMS software or other quality management software solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with Indian and global regulatory standards and compliance requirements for industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer goods.
- Consultative Selling Approach : Experience in a consultative selling environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer business processes and aligning technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Industry Exposure : Experience working with clients in the Heavy Engineering, Medical Devices, Food/ Beverages, or Life sciences sectors is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS or Cloud-Based Solutions : Familiarity with cloud-based or SaaS solutions and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
