The role requires a deep understanding of sports communication, creativity in storytelling, and the ability to translate sporting activities and CSR initiatives into compelling visual and written formats that drive awareness, engagement, and brand value. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute content plans aligned with the organization’s sports events, academies, and CSR initiatives. Create high-qualitydigital, social media, and print content– including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Generateengaging storytelling contentaround athletes, coaches, training journeys, community programs, and event highlights. Draftpress releases, blogs, and newslettersshowcasing milestones, achievements, and impact stories. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent tone and voice across all platforms. Digital & Social Media Manage and grow the organization’ssocial media presenceacross platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.). Plan and executecontent calendarsfor sports events, tournaments, and campaigns. Work with designers and video editors to produce reels, highlight videos, and creative graphics. Track engagement metrics and optimize content for reach and performance. Event Coverage Provideon-ground content coverageduring national and international sports events and academy tournaments. Capture and curateathlete interviews, behind-the-scenes stories, and post-event recaps. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and media teams for timely publication. CSR & Impact Communication Develop compelling narratives aroundCSR sports projects, showcasing community impact and success stories. Support donor/partner communication by creating project updates, case studies, and impact reports. Assist in developing presentations, brochures, and documentation for CSR reporting and brand partnerships. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inMass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience insports content creation, digital marketing, or media production. Prior experience insports organizations, federations, media houses, or CSR storytellingis preferred. Technical Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling. Proficiency in using social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic knowledge ofCanva / Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) preferred. Familiarity withvideo scripting, voiceovers, and podcast contentis a plus. Soft Skills: Passion for sports and understanding of various sporting disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
