Maintain brand voice and narrative consistency across all communication channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with research, design, and marketing teams to deliver integrated brand communication. Present content concepts, performance insights, and effectiveness reports to senior stakeholders for strategy alignment and refinement.This role involves commitment. It is like growing a brand from scratch. Envisioning your tasks- they would involve: research, plan (strategy), communication (internal and external), execute.Technical Requirements: Proficiency in content creation toolssuch as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Canva, and Figma. Strong understanding of social media metrics and performance KPIs(reach, engagement rate, retention, conversion). Hands-on knowledge of AI toolsfor ideation, captioning, visual enhancement, or trend analysis. Ability toplan, produce, edit, and publishengaging Instagram content (Reels, carousels, stories). Familiarity withcontent scheduling, analytics dashboards, and audience tracking tools .Qualifications: A person wholoves ownership and creative control , with a builder’s mindset for crafting and scaling content strategies. Comfortable with thedynamic, fast-paced nature of a startup ; prior startup experience preferred. Experience inbrand communication, storytelling, and digital content creation —especially for Instagram or short-form platforms. Aportfolio or live social media samplesdemonstrating creative range and performance understanding. Must have worked in roles contributing toaudience growth and engagement metrics . Familiarity withcontent analytics, reporting, and optimisation workflows . Bachelor’s inMarketing, Media, Communication, or Design-related fields . 2–4 years of experiencein content creation, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
