Role Overview We’re looking for a Video Production & Editor who can bring stories to life for our brands, clients, and campaigns. You will work on sports coverage, corporate events, social media content, promotional videos, and creative campaigns, from concept to final cut. Key Responsibilities Video Production Shoot high-quality videos for events, social media, interviews, and promotional campaigns Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on storyboarding and shot planning Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos Add graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound effects where needed Maintain brand tone, color grading, and visual consistency Create content optimized for multiple formats (Reels, YouTube, Ads, Presentations) Creative Input Suggest fresh ideas for content styles and formats Stay updated with video trends in sports, events, and digital media Required Skills & Tools Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (any of these) Motion Graphics: Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects Filming Gear: DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, stabilizers, lighting setups, audio gear Understanding of frame rates, aspect ratios, codecs, and export formats Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills Soft Skills We Value Creativity with attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to work on diverse styles (corporate, sporty, lifestyle, luxury) Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3 years of professional video production & editing experience Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film, Media, or related field (preferred) A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing past work in video production and editing Benefits Work with premium sports, event, and corporate clients Exposure to large-scale projects & live events Creative growth opportunities within a multi-brand group Dynamic work culture with cross-brand collaboration
