**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Video Content Creator who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. In this role, you will conceptualize, produce, and present engaging video content that resonates with our target audience. As the face of our video content, you will be responsible for bringing our brand's story to life, ensuring a strong on-screen presence and effective communication across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop, plan, and execute creative video concepts that align with our brand values and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and create content that engages our target audience.
- **On-Camera Presentation**:

- Serve as the primary on-camera talent, delivering content with energy, authenticity, and clarity.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, ensuring natural delivery and consistency with brand messaging.
- **Production & Post-Production**:

- Operate camera equipment, set up lighting, and handle basic audio recording to capture high-quality video content.
- Edit video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished and engaging final products.
- Add graphics, animations, and other post-production elements as needed.
- **Audience Engagement & Performance**:

- Monitor audience engagement and analytics to optimize future content.
- Respond to viewer comments and questions across social platforms to build a loyal community.
- **Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, social media) to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Stay updated on current video trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance content quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
