About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Administrator with deep expertise in managing the technical and operational aspects of email marketing campaigns and domain health. This individual will ensure that our email campaigns perform optimally and maintain the health of our email-sending infrastructure to avoid spam issues.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with tools like Everest by Validity, HubSpot, and other email and domain management platforms, along with a deep understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
Position: Domain Health Expert & Email Campaign Manager
Location: Bangalore, near MG Road (On-site)
Experience Level: 3+ years
Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Health Management:
- Monitor and maintain the health of the domain to ensure email deliverability.
- Implement and troubleshoot email authentication protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
- Analyze blacklists, spam complaints, and bounce rates to proactively resolve issues.
- Use tools like Everest by Validity, Mx Toolbox, and Google Postmaster Tools to monitor domain performance.
- Email Campaign Optimization:
- Create, manage, and monitor email campaigns on HubSpot to maximize open rates and click-through rates.
- Ensure all campaigns meet technical and deliverability standards.
- Develop strategies to reduce spam and improve email placement in the inbox.
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage tools like C-list, Validity, Everest, and others to manage email performance and deliverability.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Optimize email templates for technical compatibility (e.g., HTML formatting, responsive design).
- Reporting & Insights:
- Track and report metrics such as open rates, bounce rates, click-through rates, and spam complaints.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign quality and engagement.
- Develop comprehensive reports on domain health and email campaign performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement necessary technical configurations for email systems.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience managing email campaigns and domain health.
- Proven expertise in tools like HubSpot, Everest by Validity, and other deliverability platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
- Experience with DNS, domain configuration, and troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting email metrics and performance reports.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
