Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in corporate banking and expertise in the Flexcube system. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for our banking platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with corporate banking clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between the clients' requirements and the capabilities of the Flexcube system.
- Configure and customize the Flexcube system to meet the business needs of clients.
- Assist with the migration and integration of banking operations to the Flexcube platform.
- Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the system meets the client's expectations.
- Create functional specifications and use cases for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of the Flexcube system.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of [insert years] years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking.
- Proven experience with the Flexcube banking system is essential.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in the use of SQL for querying databases.
- Experience in conducting UAT and training end-users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Knowledge of other banking platforms or systems is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
