The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects related to WordPress, Shopify, and Go High Level (GHL) platforms, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project management for web and mobile development projects, including platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and GHL etc.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope and goals.- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.- Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and provide updates to internal teams and clients.- Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project to track progress.- Continuously optimize project delivery processes and implement best practices for improved efficiency.- Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results-driven team & Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a web and mobile app.- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).- Proficient in using one of the project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
