**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Experience: 2-3 years**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization
- Manage link-building strategies and backlinks
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms and best practices

**Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Track and report on ad performance, ROI, and conversion rates
- Monitor competitors and industry trends

**Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Manage and grow social media presence (organic)
- Create engaging content, captions, and graphics in collaboration with the design team
- Schedule and publish posts, run contests, and drive user engagement

**Other Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in content marketing, including blog writing, content strategy, and distribution
- Analyze data and present insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Web/App development and design teams to ensure optimal performance of landing pages and website UX

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Moz)
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
- Familiarity with Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, WordPress (basic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
