Experience : 5-7 : Indore, BangaloreWe are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations to streamline IT operations and enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.- Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, notifications, and SLAs to meet business requirements.- Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.- Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules.- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor IT service performance and provide actionable insights.- Stay updated with ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, ITIL practices, and platform enhancements to continuously improve service delivery.Required Skills & Competencies : - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and configurations.- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting for automation and customization.- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other ITSM and enterprise systems.- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.- Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and reporting tools.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to document technical designs, solutions, and standard operating procedures.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- ServiceNow ITSM certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM) are a plus.
