What's in it for you:We're looking for anAssociate Product Operationsprofessional to join our team, focusing on the FX & Securities Product team. This is an internal-facing role designed toempower the product teamby enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency. You'll be the linchpin that helps Product Managers, their peers, and stakeholders work together seamlessly. Your primary focus will be onprocess optimization, data-driven practices, and tools . You'll identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to remove bottlenecks, improve communication, and ensure the entire product organization can operate smoothly as we grow. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting : This is a heavily data-driven role. You'll be responsible for running queries, analyzing data, and using insights to drive key decisions and create reports for various stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will work closely with diverse global teams, including engineering, client services, onboarding, and senior leadership, to manage cross-product initiatives.Tool Administration : You will be the administrator for key product tools, includingJira Product Discovery , and will also utilize other platforms such as Google Suite and Looker.Communication & Influence : You must be comfortable conducting presentations and communicating complex ideas to a wide audience, including senior stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships andinfluence without direct authority is crucialto success in this role.Requirements And Skills We're seeking a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for process improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a related subject.Experience : 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.Technical Skills : Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, including the ability to run queries and macros.
