Job Title : Genesys Architect Terraform Scripting

Location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai (Work from Office Only)

About the Role :

We are urgently hiring a seasoned Genesys Architect with deep expertise in Terraform scripting to lead the automation of Genesys workflows and call queue configurations. This role demands strong architectural leadership, hands-on technical skills, and a strategic mindset to drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives within a dynamic contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable Genesys solutions with a focus on automation and performance

- Design and maintain Terraform scripts to automate Genesys workflows, call queues, and infrastructure components

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Network, and Application teams to ensure seamless integration

- Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of Genesys platforms across environments

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to development and operations teams

- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance for large-scale deployments

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in Genesys architecture, deployment, and optimization

- Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

- Deep understanding of Genesys contact center platforms including routing, IVR, and reporting

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to interact with stakeholders and drive solutions

- Ability to work full-time from the Chennai office and join immediately

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Genesys and/or Terraform

- Experience in large-scale enterprise contact center environments

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning
