Required Experience: ● 3 to 5 years in electronic manufacturing with hands-on experience of assembly lineJob Role- Design & Validation (Mechatronics – PCB/Electronics & Electromechanical Systems) Design, modify, and validate jigs, fixtures, electromechanical assemblies, alignment tools, and test setups required for PCB assembly, electro-mechanical integration, and system-level testing. Prepare detailed technical notes, SOPs, work instructions, wiring diagrams, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics (if applicable), assembly instructions, and equipment specification sheets for electromechanical and PCB-related processes. Provide technical training and on-floor guidance to operators and technicians on SMT assembly, soldering, PCB handling, ESD safety, cable harnessing, mechanical assembly, actuator alignment, and sensor calibration procedures. Conduct process studies and trials to validate key mechatronic manufacturing parameters — such as torque settings, actuator response, alignment tolerances, reflow profiles, sensor accuracy, PCB assembly yield, and mechanical fit/finish checks. Lead process improvement initiatives using mechatronics principles (automation, sensor integration, error-proofing, fixture redesign, feedback control improvements), and drive reductions in cycle time, defects, and rework.Educational Requirements: ● Essential Qualifications – Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics/Mech), preferred-Mechatronics ● Desirable Qualifications – Proficient in MS office, working knowledge of lean tools (5S, Fishbone diagram etc)
