Manage high-value media budgets ( ₹2 Cr–10 Cr+ annually ) to deliver measurable ROI. Build and presentROI-driven pitches and growth strategiesto clients and leadership. Unlock cross-platform media opportunities acrossMeta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit , etc. Drivebusiness development and category expansionthrough consultative selling. Collaborate with client’s sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align media execution with business goals. Build CXO-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and renewals. Track campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.Key Requirements 3 to 6 years’ experience inmedia sales, buying, and strategy , preferably at leading media-first agencies. Hands-on expertise inMeta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Programmatic, Amazon Pi, Helium 10, and Marketplace tools . Strong track record ofwinning pitches Ability to handle high-value budgets and deliver double-digit revenue growth. Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and client management skills. Bachelor’s in Engineering/Marketing/Business; MBA preferred. Recognized achiever with national-level distinctions is a plus.
