Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Project Manager with 3-7 years of relevant Project Management experience. Consulting Experience & Client engagement skill is must. We require someone with B.Tech Degree or any other similar discipline. Certification in CSM/PMP/Goggle Project Management similar will add to your expertise. Knowledge of Salesforce is a must while ability to communicate effectively adds to your ability to execute & deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-facing role & owns the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure by establishing various components of the project plan including milestone tracker/delay tracker/RAID Log/CR Tracker/Value Add Tracker
- Monitors and manages project scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track.
- Drives the implementation of high-quality Salesforce cloud solutions by closely engaging with all project team members (Tech Leads/Architect, Business Analysts, Developers, QA)
- Acts as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project
- Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager on regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies and manages issues/risks throughout the project in partnership with BA/TL/QA Lead and Customer project managers/business stakeholders.
- Collates and distributes weekly status reports, project plan, burn down charts, RAID logs to various stakeholders at various forums.
- Keeps all internal stakeholders updated and aligned on the status of project(s)
- Provides mentoring and guidance to project team members.
- Ensure appropriate project allocation of resources for on-time quality delivery of the project.
- Takes proactive approach to building internal project management processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Any recognized Project Management Certification as mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
- Hands-on experience in delivering/leading project delivery.
- Expertise in using project management tools like MS Project, MS Suite of Products, Google Apps
- Hands-on experience of various software delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Be able to support clients across various client time zones
- Salesforce Ranger Status
- Understanding of Basics Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Integration is a must.
- English Language Speaking & Writing – Mandatory
- Salesforce Admin Certification (Nice to Have)
