Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your RoleReview tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standardsCreate and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedulesPerform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordinationMaintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practicesUpdate and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructionsIdentify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriatelyAssist with as-built documentation and handover preparationWork collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teamsFollow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control proceduresProvide accurate technical responses to site queries and requestsWhat We’re Looking ForTechnical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projectsProficient in Revit and AutoCADFamiliarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks)Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatUnderstanding of BIM principles and workflowsStrong written and spoken English skillsWhat We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE‘s most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
