Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) to ensure design accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools for architecture, structure, and MEP.
  • Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
  • Prepare and update drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements.
  • Support project teams with quantity take-offs, schedules, and construction planning using 4D/5D BIM techniques.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain BIM standards, templates, and data integrity throughout the project.
  • Conduct model reviews, audits, and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Provide technical support and assist in implementing BIM workflows across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Structural Engineering / MEP or related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (experience in Tekla, Civil 3D, or Bentley software is an advantage).
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and project coordination.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (LOD, COBie, ISO is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
