**Job description**

**DRAWLINES **is looking for an experience **ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER in our Hyderabad office **with relevant expertise and who can join immediately.

**Drawlines Consult W.L.L **is amongst the leading BIM & CAD design solution firms. We build success and repute for our clients with high-quality and cost-effective BIM modeling, CAD drafting, Design Support, Interior design, and Engineering Workforce solutions. Over the years, we have partnered in delivering numerous small, medium, and mega projects across GCC and India.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D models of building elements to support construction initiatives by working with Architects
- Develop model families (primarily Revit families) for general and project-specific needs
- Work with other modelers, CAD Specialists, and Designers to build/manage model databases, templates, and standard procedures
- Perform quality checks on modeling efforts of others to ensure tools to support upstream engineering or downstream project management
- Investigate and develop methods to use BIM models or software tools to support architecture.
- Preparation of Revit Models as up to LOD 500.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent Degree or Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- 3+ Years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Models related projects.
- Well-versed in Revit
- Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
- Excellent knowledge of Family creation.
