Skills Required-:
CTQ 1 Must demonstrate experience conducting patentability searches, analyzing prior art, and producing analytics and competitive
landscape reports.
CTQ 2 Familiarity with IP and Trademark databases and search tools such as Pat base, Espacenet, IPFolio, Patseer, Patsnap, and
Markify. Familiarity with patent and trademark application drafting
CTQ 3Demonstrated experience monitoring IP filings and other aggregate data sources. Thorough understanding of patent
classification systems, patent and non-patent literature database, search tools, and global patent laws and procedures,
particularly in the US and Europe
CTQ 4Ability to communicate with R&D and engineering to understand complex technical matters and translate it into effective search
terms. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Experience managing relationships with external
law firms and patent agents.
