You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of IP counsels and IP analysts serving the Enterprise Informatics and Personal Health businesses worldwide. You will become part of an international community of IP professionals with wide-ranging technical backgrounds and IP experience, gained both inside and outside Philips. You will have an internal coach for training-on-the-job (next to formal training). Comprising professionals of many different nationalities who collaborate with Philips businesses across the globe, the Philips IP&S team offers you excellent opportunities for learning and professional networking in order to increase your knowledge of intellectual property matters and to continue your professional development. **You're the right fit if**:
**Ideal Profile**:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience either in patents or in R&D in combination with being a qualified Indian Patent Agent
- An MSc or PhD degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer sciences or similar
- Confidence, critical thinking and experience at multitasking
- Strong professional drive
- Excellent analytical and intellectual capabilities
- Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiating abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to operate at all levels both internally and externally
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
- A positive mindset and a team player
- Experience with or exposure solutions and ecosystems in the health care space would be a plus but not required
