We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Shobiz Experiential Communications Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing new business to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients across market segments.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Proposal Development:

  • Schedule introduction meetings with new clients.
  • Prepare and accompany CS teams to present presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal CS teams to create customized event packages and solutions.

New Business Development and Execution:

  • Identify, reach out and build contacts with prospective clients through cold calling.
  • Scheduling meetings with prospects and ensuring event opportunities with the clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and new business objectives in close coordination with the CS teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the events team to ensure new business opportunities are closed

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Daily and weekly updates on New Business Development and Sales plans.
  • Preparation and maintenance of the online sales funnel with relevant updates on real time.
  • Monthly Review on the progress and future action plans.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Postgraduate will be considered as an added qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in the event management industry.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of new business development and Sales.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
