Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Senior Manager - Sales to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth by acquiring key and core customer accounts at the zonal level. The role will focus on executing the business development (BD) strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and leading high-value sales bids, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the zonal BD strategy in alignment with the company's overall sales and growth objectives.

- Identify and target potential clients across industries using various sourcing methods such as cold calls, references, and networking.

- Participate in sales account planning and opportunity mapping using market intelligence and client data.

- Develop and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline for key and core accounts in the assigned zone.

- Lead end-to-end sales processes for high-value accounts, including requirement gathering, solution design, commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Legal to support proposal development and execution of large deals.

- Ensure smooth handover and onboarding of clients post-deal closure to the delivery team.

- Track and analyze sales metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements for strategy refinement.

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise solutions or services.

- Proven ability in consultative selling and managing large accounts.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
