Job Title: Senior Associate – Facilities Management

Location: Panjim, Goa

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Management professional to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and infrastructure operations of our Goa center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all physical assets, maintain safety protocols, and manage third-party vendors for a seamless learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance of ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTVs, and fire safety equipment
  • Manage classroom infrastructure including smart boards, lighting, IT equipment, and seating
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols
  • Handle vendor management for housekeeping, security, and other facility services
  • Monitor and optimize utility usage – electricity, diesel, HVAC
  • Manage stock, procurement, and asset tagging
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports
  • Coordinate with regional administration for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Facility Management preferred
  • Prior experience in facility operations/maintenance will be an added advantage
