Leadership Role in Luxury Real Estate

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented individual to join our high-performing team as a key player in luxury real estate sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales growth, leading a team of real estate professionals, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of luxury property transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and success.
  • Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about trends, pricing, and new developments in the luxury real estate market.
  • Analyse competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Provide insights to senior management on emerging market trends and opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Track, report, and analyse sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and analyse sales data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Collaboration and Networking:
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create promotional materials, luxury property listings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • Overall experience of 12 to 15 years.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends, client expectations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with individually making sales deals to exceed personal target and team target.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other sales management tools.
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling client relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
