Job Required: 5-7 years of experience in staffing, outsourcing, or resource Graudation is must. MBA Preferred.

Location: Remote.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills:


- Proven experience in acquiring new clients for tech staffing/resource outsourcing services.

- Strong network with decision-makers in BFSI, telecom, or enterprise sectors.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Role & Acquire new clients and manage relationships for staffing, outsourcing, and resource augmentation services.

- Identify and engage decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, L&D Heads) to build a strong business pipeline.

- Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, solution presentation, negotiations, closures, and account ramp-up.

- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Provide weekly/quarterly sales reports and maintain CRM records.

- Stay updated on industry trends in staffing, outsourcing, and talent acquisition.
