Mention the existing capacity of the plant and proposed capacity of expansion The present Capacity of the palletization plant is pellet plants of total capacity 7.2 MMTPA. The proposed new plant is 3.3 MTPA of pellets with an additive facility.


Clearly mention the details of major equipment or Construction and Mechanical maintenance aspects in which role holder should perform during the project stage

• Person should have construction and maintenance experience on the material handling conveyors, Ball mills, pumps, and Gearboxes.

• Person should have hands on experience in erection and the alignment of the process fans and rotary equipment’s. Also, the dedusting equipment’s such as baghouses, Electrostatic precipitator.

• Should have experience in fabrication and erection of the structural assembly, erection, and plant pipeline replacement activity.

• Candidate should have an idea on the working of the total station.


Mention MUST technical & functional competencies to be possessed by the role holder to perform his role Candidate should possess the following technical and functional competency.

• Candidate should be target oriented.

• Candidate should be able to extend to complete the works within the timelines.

• Should develop the project plan and timelines.
