Batching plant production and quality assurance for various grade of concrete.
- QC engineer to take care of all RCC work relating testing.
- Quality assurance of site concreting works.
- Assuring the mobilization of the quality function by identifying lab equipment required for the purpose of quality testing & control as per the Tunnel specification, Assessing the material required for the purpose of quality testing & control.
- Rock Bolts testing, shotcrete testing like Early strength by needle penetrometer, bond Test Shotcrete to shotcrete and rock to shotcrete as per international standards.
- Checking the manpower required for the quality control function and attending meetings with client counterpart to establish material requirements.
- Performing routine / periodic testing and inspection of material and end-product quality
- Conducting internal audits for checking QMS and process effectiveness
- Implementing quality systems in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
- Monitoring adherence to quality management system and conducting compliance check w.r.t. quality frameworks, Formulating method statement, inspection test plan (ITP), project quality plan and quality control procedures (QCP).
- Reviewing the sub-contractor’s procedure, method statement and ITP, Executing review & submission of pre-qualification & technical documents to PMC for material approvals.
- Monitored the regular calibration of batching plants and laboratory equipment

Responsible for internal auditing to be conducted at different packages of site.
