Job Title : Python Lead (Mandatory skills Python with Linux and Kubernetes). Location : Bangalore (Work from Office). Experience : 6+ years (Lead level). Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred. Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python.- Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments.- Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability.- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Required Skills :- Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).- Solid experience in Linux administration.- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) - deployment, scaling, troubleshooting.- Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
