AI/ML Specialist (Generative AI & LLMs)

Role:

We are seeking an AI/ML professional with expertise in
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune
    LLMs
    for real-world applications.
  • Build
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    systems
  • Work with
    Agentic AI frameworks
    (LangChain,langGraph , AutoGPT, etc.).
  • Implement best practices in model training (checkpointing, fine-tuning, optimization).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for deployment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years
    of hands-on AI/ML experience.
  • Strong knowledge of LLM architectures and fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).
  • Experience with
    RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and Agentic AI
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow
    .
  • Familiarity with MLOps and cloud platforms is a plus.
