Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead change management strategies tailored to BI and analytics project implementation.
Design and implement a roadmap for organizational readiness and successful project adoption.
Engage with senior management, department leaders, and key stakeholders to align expectations and communicate project goals.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and support at all levels.
Manage change communications and ensure timely, transparent updates to all affected teams.
Develop user adoption metrics and continuously monitor engagement to ensure high utilization of analytics dashboards and reports.
Develop clear and consistent messaging around the benefits and changes brought by the BI and analytics project.
Lead organizational change communication campaigns, including town halls, newsletters, and workshops.
Monitor and gather feedback from users on their experience with new BI systems.
Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges or resistance within the organization.
Suggest mitigation plans to manage risks associated with the transformation process.
Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, IT teams, and partners to align change management activities with overall project timelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 15-20 years in BI and analytics projects, with a focus on change management in the airport domain.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of BI and analytics solutions, processes, and business impact.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in driving organizational change, managing teams, and leading successful change initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Strong understanding of BI, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects.
- Experience with airport operations and BI projects in the airport domain is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
