A. POSITION SCOPE:

  • Responsible for Sales, Marketing, brand building and Customers in the territory.
  • Meet customers and create demand for Flexco products. To be actively and directly responsible for developing sales opportunities in identified market segments, in partnership with the established distribution channels.
  • To assist in development and implementation of marketing initiatives, plans and strategies that is applicable to the territories to support company sales goals and profit objectives. In effect help in achieving site plans
  • Offer proper product solutions after studying customer pain points/conveyor requirements.
  • Handle commercial transactions and statutory requirements as required.
  • Report daily/weekly/ monthly on the job as required.
  • Follow Flexco values and vision all the time.


B. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Handle Sales of Light Duty Conveyor Solutions in the Southern States of India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)
  • Willing to build relationships with all levels of hierarchy, understand channel strategy and build relationships with dealers and customers and establish favorable relationship with new key customers and industry participants.
  • Willing to do physical demos, conduct conveyor audits and do technical presentations.
  • Research and develop new market segments and implement a territory-based sales plan to capture new businesses within identified industry categories under defined territory assignment.
  • To participate as necessary in key sales calls and sales support negotiations with major distributors and customers in support of company goals and objectives.
  • Will manage Distributors, resellers and OEM's and their service employees in their region. Will make them understand Flexco products.
  • Should take a vital part in the team working together in developing their region.


C. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree- Engineering/Diploma in Engineering.
  • 2-5 year experience working in the industrial markets (Work experience in Conveyor related product sales is preferred)
  • Industrial distribution experience.
  • Willing to travel extensively in the territory and to other locations as need may arise.
  • Should be a go getter with initiative and a self-starter.
  • Ability to handle different hierarchy levels (foremen to CXO) and work comfortably with corporates/distributors/OEMs/ Project companies at the same time.


D. Salary and Perks:

  • Standard increase in current salary. Maximum up to 7,50,000 Salary (PF included) + Incentive per annum + Medical
