About ALIVALIV is a regenerative wellness clinic offering targeted IV therapies, PRP/PRFM, and Autologous Cell Therapy—focused on prevention and healthy aging for Indian audiences.Role SummaryA multi-disciplinary marketer who can set direction and run the playbook across brand, content, and performance. You’ll turn medical expertise into simple, trusted narratives, grow organic presence, and build a predictable demand engine in a startup-scaling environment.Key Objectives1. Align the team with ALIV’s goals for awareness, audience education, and expansion.2. Act as strategist + mentor, enabling efficient, collaborative execution.3. Own end-to-end planning → execution → optimization with measurable results.Primary Responsibilities1) Strategy & Planning• Build a marketing roadmap (short + long term) with budgets and targets.• Design campaign frameworks for awareness, qualified leads, and perspective shifts (myths vs facts, safety, outcomes).• Create city-specific plans for new locations (regional language & audience nuances).• Track trends in regenerative medicine, wellness, and healthcare marketing.2) Team Leadership & Coordination• Run weekly huddles; set priorities, remove blockers, enforce timelines.• Coach creators/editors; give clear briefs and actionable feedback.• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and shared success.3) Execution Oversight• Guard brand voice, ethics, and compliance in all content/campaigns.• Approve final creatives, copies, landing pages; step in for proofing/campaign setup when needed.• Lead influencer/partner collaborations aligned with ALIV’s values.4) KPI Management & Optimization• Define metrics: traffic, engagement, qualified leads, consult bookings, ROAS/CAC.• Review GA4/UTMs/CRM dashboards weekly; run A/B tests (hooks, creatives, LPs).• Implement corrective actions; report weekly/monthly/quarterly to CEO.5) Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work with the medical team for scientific accuracy and responsible claims.• Align with CEO on positioning and expansion goals.• Support HR on marketing hiring/training needs.Key Deliverables• Annual strategy split into quarterly campaigns.• Regular performance reports and team productivity snapshots.• Region-specific campaign proposals.• Playbooks/SOPs for campaigns, tools, and workflows.Additional Focus Areas• Crisis Management: Prepared responses; contingency plans for key launches.• Process Improvement: PM tool (Asana/Trello), template & asset repository.• Growth & Experiments: Test new channels (podcasts, native, communities); competitor scans for differentiation.• Training: Upskill team on platforms (e.g., Taboola, DV360) and soft skills.Challenges You’ll Tackle• Balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.• Coordinating multi-channel campaigns under deadlines.• Keeping the team motivated and aligned during busy cycles.KPIs• Qualified leads & consult bookings (CPL, CAC, show-up rate)• ROAS, LP conversion, session→enquiry rate• Organic engagement rate, saves/shares, follower growth, non-paid reach• GMB visibility, review volume/quality, response time• Cadence adherence and SOP compliance90-Day Outcomes• 30 days: Audit, positioning brief, content pillars, tracking hygiene, baseline dashboards.• 60 days: Always-on calendar; 2–3 winning ad creatives; LP v1 + A/B tests; DM/lead SOP live.• 90 days: Creator/partner pilot, referral loop, monthly growth ritual; visible lift in qualified consults.Qualifications• 5–7 years across brand + performance (healthcare/wellness/consumer preferred).• Portfolio showing organic growth, content that educates, and improved lead quality/ROAS.• Strong copy for Indian audiences (English + Hindi/Marathi or local); can brief design/video.• Hands-on with Meta & Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, GA4/GTM/UTMs, CRM/automation (HubSpot/Zoho).• Operator mindset: prioritisation, speed, documentation, data-driven decisions.What We Offer• Autonomy with clear goals; medical review support and compliance guardrails.• Growth path to Marketing Lead.• Competitive salary + performance incentives.
