TartanHQ - Lead Technical Product Manager

About TartanHQ :TartanHQ powers enterprise workflows with APIs + AI agents, turning fragmented enterprise data into real-time, AI-ready systems for banking, insurance, HR-tech, and more.Our Core Products Include :- HyperSync : a unified API layer connecting HRIS, ERP, CRM systems for real-time data sync.- HyperVerify : real-time verification of identity, employment, business credentials for compliance & fraud reduction.- HyperApps : low-code/agentic AI-workflow builder enabling enterprises to automate tasks and decisions.At TartanHQ youll join a fast-moving, high-expectation environment where ambiguity means opportunity, and execution matters.Key Responsibilities :- Own product initiatives end-to-end from defining the problem to driving delivery and measuring success.- Collaborate deeply with engineering to scope, prioritize, and execute technical projects efficiently.- Craft crisp product documents roadmaps, specs, and updates that align teams and enable fast decisions.- Partner cross-functionally with sales, design, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.- Balance short-term priorities and long-term strategy, keeping the bar high for quality, clarity, and impact.- Champion customer needs and translate them into scalable, technically sound solutions.- Drive data-informed decision making and measure outcomes rigorously to iterate for success.What Were Looking For :- 8- 12 years of product management experience in a technical or API-driven environment.- Strong understanding of modern API design, data integration workflows, and system architecture concepts.- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Exceptional writing skills able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.- Demonstrated autonomy and accountability in delivering measurable results.- Strong analytical mindset paired with creativity in problem-solving.- High energy, presence, and influence that elevate teams around you.Bonus / Preferred Qualifications :- B. Tech/ B E -Computer Science or any branch + MBA from Tier 1 college preferred- Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, or verification / compliance space would be a strong plus (given TartanHQs product domain).- Prior experience with low-code platforms, AI agent workflows, workflow automation, or integrations across HRIS/CRM/ERP systems.- Familiarity with developer-facing products (SDKs/APIs), integration patterns, webhook / event-based architectures.- Comfortable with data : SQL or basic data-modelling experience helpful (but not required).Youll Succeed Here If You :- Run toward ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, technical challenges.- Communicate clearly and persuasively your documents, specs, and updates drive alignment and decisions.- Operate seamlessly across levels from hands-on problem solving to long-term strategy.- Bring energy, ownership, and collaboration to cross-functional teams every day.- Balance a bold product vision with pragmatic execution and attention to detail.This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with leadership, engineering, and design to deliver outcomes that move the company forward (ref:hirist.tech)
