**About your role**:
We’re looking for a creative, camera-ready Content Specialist to craft, produce, and amplify engaging content across social media and digital channels. If you live and breathe content marketing, enjoy experimenting with trends, and love translating ideas into measurable results, this is your chance to make a visible impact in a fast-moving B2B fintech environment.

****What You’ll Do**:

- Ideate, create, and execute content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter in line with TartanHQ’s brand voice.
- Be the on-camera face for select content formats: product explainers, behind-the-scenes, and thought leadership videos.
- Build and manage our YouTube IP—from scripting to publishing.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to co-create engaging, informative content.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for greater impact.
- Stay on top of digital trends in fintech, SaaS, and B2B marketing.
- Experiment with AI-driven tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt) to scale and streamline content creation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Active presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other social platforms.
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and content analytics tools.
- Adaptive and curious about new technologies, especially AI tools for content creation.

**Bonus Points**:

- Personal or niche page with strong engagement.
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with AI content tools like Lovable, Bolt, or ChatGPT.
- Great sense of humor—bonus if you can make a viral meme.
