Role Overview

As a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist at Fleksa, you will focus on identifying and reaching out to prospective restaurant clients in the United States. This position requires working night shifts from India to overlap with US business hours. Your primary goal is to schedule qualified meetings or demos for Fleksa’s sales team. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to target restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Research

  • Research restaurant market segments, focusing on independent establishments, multi-location chains, and franchise owners in target US regions.
  • Leverage social media, restaurant directories, local business listings, and other online sources to identify qualified leads.


Outreach Strategy

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns and personalized messages to restaurant owners and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls during US business hours to engage prospects, gauge interest, and qualify leads for sales appointments.


Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting

  • Qualify potential leads based on established criteria (e.g., restaurant size, existing digital solutions, readiness to switch or upgrade).
  • Schedule demos or introductory calls between restaurant decision-makers and the Fleksa sales team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions.


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales (preferably 1–3 years) within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Comfort with night shifts to align with US time zones.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over phone and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, online ordering systems, or SaaS platforms for the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and clearly articulate product benefits.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and outreach efforts simultaneously.
