We are looking for a passionate and skilledAI/ML Engineerwith 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent automation solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven functionalities into production systems.Design, develop, and deploymachine learning and deep learning modelsfor real-world applications. Work withPython-based frameworkslike TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Implementdata preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimizationtechniques. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments (APIs, microservices). Build and manageETL pipelines , handle large datasets, and ensure data quality. Research and experiment withLLMs, embeddings, NLP, and generative AI toolssuch as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face. Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability for deployment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI technologies.SkillsStrong programming skills inPython(NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding ofmachine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluationtechniques. Experience inNLP / LLM / Generative AIprojects is highly desirable. Familiarity withLangChain, OpenAI API, or similar AI frameworksis a plus. Good understanding ofcloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)for ML model deployment. Experience withversion control (Git)andCI/CD pipelines . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Exposure tovector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) . Experience inAPI development (FastAPI / Flask)for serving ML models. Knowledge ofMLOps toolssuch as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow. Prior experience working onAI-powered SaaS or automation systems .
