Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms and deep learning models for various use cases.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the software and data engineering teams to integrate ML models into production environments.
  • Research and implement the latest AI frameworks, tools, and techniques to enhance product capabilities.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop APIs and services to expose AI/ML functionalities to other systems.
  • Document architecture, workflows, and best practices for AI model lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Recommendation Systems.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI preferred).
  • Understanding of cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
  • Experience in working with APIs, Flask, or FastAPI for model deployment.
  • Good knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and MLOps pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AI model deployment in live business environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps / MLOps practices.
  • Experience with data pipeline tools like Airflow, Kafka, or Spark.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
