We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our projects and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Project Planning and Execution:

•Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

•Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

2.Client Management:

•Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

•Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to clients in a clear and timely manner.

•Gather and understand client requirements, and ensure that the team delivers to those requirements.

3.Team Leadership:

•Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

•Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

•Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and milestones.

4.Risk Management:

•Identify, analyze, and manage project risks.

•Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure their implementation.

5.Quality Assurance:

•Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

•Implement best practices and standards for project management and technical work.

6.Reporting and Documentation:

•Prepare and present regular status reports for management and clients.

•Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

•Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager in the information technology sector.

•Strong technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

•Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

•PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.


Skills and Competencies:


•Proficiency in project management software tools.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.

•Knowledge of agile methodologies.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Work Environment:


•This position may require occasional travel to client sites.

•Flexible working hours to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.
