Job Title: Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role Description:
The Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, statutory compliance, accounting systems, and bookkeeping to support the organization’s financial health. Additionally, this role involves evaluating NGO partners, conducting due diligence, and building financial capacity within partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Execution: Oversee project activities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
2.Project Monitoring and Control: Track progress, assess risks, apply corrective actions, and adhere to project management best practices.
3.Stakeholder Management: Manage effective communication with stakeholders, facilitate engagement, and align expectations.
4.Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
5.Team Leadership: Lead and foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and resolving team conflicts.
6.Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through regular quality assurance activities.
7.Communication and Reporting: Share project updates, prepare reports, and manage project meetings and presentations.
8.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project outcomes.
9.Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.
10.Repository Maintenance: Establish a complete document repository for all project-related materials.
Selection Criteria:
•Experience:
o4-5 years of professional experience.
oAt least 2 years of independent account management experience for a small/mid-sized organization.
oExperience with grassroots NGO partnerships is an advantage.
•Education:
oMaster’s in Commerce, MBA (Finance), B.Com, or CA.
•Language Proficiency:
oEnglish, Hindi, Kannada (additional regional languages are a plus).
•Skills Required:
oAnalytical and critical thinking skills.
oStrong communication and negotiation abilities.
oAttention to detail.
oProficiency in Tally and Excel.
Salary offered:
INR 50 K to 60 K per month (based on last drawn salary)
