Support Head – CRM in driving KPIs and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Oversee timely issuance of demand letters, collection tracking, and follow-ups. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with banks for disbursements, loan documentation, and payment confirmations. •⁠ ⁠Facilitate agreement and registration processes with legal and sales teams. •⁠ ⁠Maintain updated customer data, payment schedules, and status reports. •⁠ ⁠Plan and conduct possession handovers in coordination with project teams. •⁠ ⁠Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure timely closure. •⁠ ⁠Monitor aging reports, identify pending payments, and initiate recovery. •⁠ ⁠Generate MIS reports for collections, registrations, and possessions. •⁠ ⁠Guide CRM executives and support training initiatives.
