A CRM Specialist in real estate is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer relationship management systems used to track interactions with clients, leads, and potential buyers.

They manage client interactions, understand client needs, and provide support throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process. This role also involves coordinating with other teams, managing client data, and utilizing CRM systems to optimize customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Client Needs Assessment:Understanding clients' real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Property Advice and Guidance:Providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Sales Support:Assisting clients with property viewings, negotiations, and the overall transaction process.
  • Customer Service:Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • CRM System Management: Utilizing and optimizing the CRM system to track client interactions, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, sales, and retention.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Documentation and Communication: Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and communications.
  • Post-Sales Support: Handling post-sales queries, providing assistance with handover processes, and addressing any concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
