Sales Operations Intern

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales Department in managing operational processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. The intern will act as a key point of contact for the team, assisting with reporting, coordination, and any operational support required to drive sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Invoicing Support: Coordinate with the CA & Finance team, and other stakeholders to prepare and send monthly signed invoices before the billing cycle.Reporting: Generate customized reports from Zoho CRM as required for tracking, review, and presentation to management.POC for Sales Department: Act as the primary contact for all operational queries, internal coordination, and support needed by the Sales team.Process Management: Support the sales team in documentation, follow-ups, and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.Assist the Sales and Operations team in ad-hoc tasks to address the department’s needs efficiently. Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems (Zoho CRM knowledge is a plus).Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Must be based in Bangalore and available to join immediately. Benefits:Internship certificate upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.Opportunity for full-time employment (FTE) after 6 months, based on performance. Learning Opportunities:Hands-on experience in sales operations and department support.Exposure to reporting, invoicing, and workflow management.Work closely with the Sales team and management to understand end-to-end sales operations.
