Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)Duration: 3 MonthsStipend: ₹15,000 and above (performance-based)Start Date: ImmediateIndustry: Video Production • Corporate Films • CSR • EventsAbout Wilmarcs Motion PicturesWilmarcs Motion Pictures is a creative production company specialising in corporate films, CSR storytelling, event coverage, and documentary-style content.We help brands communicate their purpose through visually strong, authentic storytelling backed by smooth execution and fast delivery.We are expanding our sales and operations team and are looking for motivated individuals who want real exposure to the business and production side of the media industry.Role OverviewThe Sales & Operations Intern will support everyday activities across:✔ lead generation✔ sales coordination✔ project operations✔ client communication✔ vendor coordinationThis role offers a well-rounded introduction to how a professional production company functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales SupportIdentify and qualify potential leads from LinkedIn, email, and industry lists.Maintain sales trackers and update CRM systems.Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.Conduct basic market and client research.Operations & CoordinationSupport day-to-day project planning and task follow-ups.Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and internal teams.Maintain project documents, schedules, and deliverables.Ensure seamless communication between sales, production, and post-production.Client CommunicationDraft and manage basic emails and follow-ups under supervision.Help organise client calls, briefs, and documentation.Market & Content SupportResearch competitors, industry trends, and relevant video formats.Support internal content planning when required (optional).Who Can Apply✔ EligibleJob seekers who are ready for full-time work after the internship, based on performance.Fresh graduates or individuals who have completed their studies.Final-semester candidates who are fully available for daily work.Candidates who are willing to learn, take responsibility, and grow fast.Good communication skills and familiarity with Google Workspace/Office tools.✘ Not EligibleStudents who still have one year or more left in their degree.Individuals who cannot commit to regular hybrid work.What You Will LearnReal-world sales pipeline management.Client coordination and communication etiquette.End-to-end production and operations workflow inside a filmmaking company.Project management systems and organisational processes.Exposure to corporate and CSR video production.PerksStipend: ₹15,000 and above (performance-based)Internship certificateOpportunity for full-time roleExposure to multiple departmentsDirect mentorship from Wilmarcs leadership
