Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design and deliver high-quality UI designs for web applications, dashboards, and marketing interfaces.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, and Marketers) to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools (Figma, Framer, etc.).- Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance productivity and speed of execution.- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for visual consistency across all digital products.- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.- Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for review and approval.- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within the AI and no-code ecosystem.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field (preferred).- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles.- Proven expertise in Figma or other design and prototyping tools.- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design.- Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Uizard, or similar).- Ability to design responsive layouts and collaborate effectively with developers.- Exceptional attention to detail with a bias for fast, high-quality execution.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
